This wouldn’t involve their eternally delayed Clearwater Florida “Super powers” building would it? Scientology promised their members new OT (operating Thetan) levels beyond the current max years ago. These are supposedly based on “newly discovered” writings by LRH and were hyped a lot by David Miscavige.

They bought the building and partially remodeled it. Then they kinda got lost in exactly how they were going use technological trickery to fool their members about actually acquiring special powers there.

Last I heard they had stiffed a bunch of the original contractors and were using their own members to work on it.
