Funny thing is they will suffer the most. Low income people whose insurance is subsidized or who qualify for Medicaid are protected, especially those in urban areas which provide a large customer base. Rural areas and people who make too much to qualify for subsidies will suffer the most; IOW, Trump voters.

That depends. In a lot of rural areas veterans live in great quantities, because retired pay or disability is too low to live in expensive cities. (For example, more than half my town is either veterans, spouses, or dependent children.)

For those drawing retired pay they still have access to military facilities, for the disabled access to VA facilities. Both have Tricare/CHAMPUS for spouses and dependants.
