NFL Football is definitely an issue for Trump and the Republicans.

I’d bet more of their base would have problems missing games and blowing off a debate as compared to Hillary’s base.

Add in the people that do not like football having a real good reason for missing the games their rabid family and friends usually watch in a media dominating fashion finding themselves on another TV or internet connection tuned into and following the debate.

I’m kinda thinking all those people are not the right people Trump and the GOP would want watching the debates alone.

I’m imagining the meltdown if the debates were scheduled against NASCAR races. Trump’s base would be in TOTAL meltdown mode. And if God forbid they were scheduled against WWE Raw!!!!!!
