And yet, so many people will vote for men just because they’re men. Half of the candidates in any election should be women (there are so many elections and so many people, we should be hitting that). Yet, only one of the parties even comes close to that, and so by the general elections, it’s down to a quarter, and then even smaller because one party (and a significant percentage of the other) is blind to the idea that women can be good leaders.

A good point: however, there’s another aspect of the issue: best illustrated by a list:

- Sarah Palin
- Michele Bachmann
- Joni Ernst
- Virginia Foxx etc., etc.
