I’ve only recently begun keeping track of the various unions. The previous resident at Casa de Fenway was apparently a member of the Communications Workers of America, since I’m still getting their mail (they’re pushing real hard for the Employee Free Choice Act, natch).

I only found out last month that the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers is now a full-fledged subsidiary of the AFL-CIO. I think the Maintenence of Way, Dispatchers and Signalmen fall under seperate umbrellas.

Yeah, they’re all Democrats. Perhaps not some of the members. They all lead to the AFL-CIO. That’s the main union body.
