To be a cynical fuck, Canada is more Liberal than we are, so gaining it would permanently wreck the conservatives.

However. I would want each Province to be a state in it’s own right. That would do some good in a Senate.

However, if something were to happen like that, I would want a Constitutional re-write. Big-Time.

However, this will not happen. At least for an extremely long time.

There would be no reason not to, aside from the ignoramuses. I think it would actually be a Republican state for at least a little while too.

Still, who would take spot #52. Having just one dribble in would be odd, in a historical sense.
