I’m having a hard time believing that either Trump or Carson will be the actual candidate.

That leaves Rubio, Cruz, and Bush as the real trio to watch.

My money is on Jeb!, as the most bland and least incendiary of the candidates. Simply put, for the Republicans, the only chance they have at winning the general election is not to embrace the crazy. The question is whether they realize it or not.
