A black man walking around predominantly white neighborhoods with a rifle slung over his shoulder, day after day? You can bet your ass he’d be in jail before week’s end, facing some trumped-up charges.

I’m waiting for the panicked phone calls here in Texas after Open Carry takes effect. There will be a lot of freaked out folks when a black or Latino person is openly armed.
