A year ago, they were flush with victory from having passed their tax giveaway and laughing at the foolishness of the DNC staging a short-lived shutdown in the name of the DACA. They were told by the pundits that voters would look kindly upon them, that the board was set in their favor and the worst they could face was breaking even.

What a difference a year can make.
