Why would anyone buy a care built in a UAW plant? I bought a Nissan Frontier pickup made in a non-union Nissan plant in Tennessee. That plant has rejected the UAW three times.
It’s a matter of principle. Personally, I think it’s great that the UAW will build cars. Perhaps they can just call them UAWmobiles.
I do, however, expect anything run by UAW to go broke.
Once card check legislation is signed into law, the UAW thugs will be in a full-court press to bully the transplants (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Hyundai, and the coming VW plant in Chattanooga) to go union.
