I like the simple solution posited by my favorite fascist sci-fi writer, Bob Heinlein. You put down dogs that cannot be cured, don’t you? Just admit that you are an incurable sex offender and we will make sure you never do it again—and keep you from making any potential future offenders.

The above is extreme and wrong, I know. But, as a dad with a special needs kid, I see how easy it would be for someone to take advantage of him. This a problem with no easy answer.
