Got shot at with a 3 inch gun, but behind 8 inches of armor plate, so that does not count.

Spent 3 weeks living on the beach in a landing craft, eating C rations for most of it.

i beg to differ. as someone who has never been shot at, you are allowed to say that being shot at, whether behind armor or not, counts.
