Naw, he knows it’s only for show. Then he can say he kept his word it was Congress that failed, if in fact, it does. He doesn’t care anymore. His job is done.

He’s freaked out about how many people hate him, so he’s throwing as much red meat as he can to his base. Won’t get the non-lunatics to love him, though, so I guess by Monday, he’ll have replaced the stars on the flag with swastikas.
