Yep. Even a nuke leaves tell-tale signatures in the fallout and debris, you can easily track back which era, which country, and sometimes which facility that manufactured the fissile material. All it takes is a gamma spectrometer, some time and intelligence which I don’t doubt for a second NSA and CIA collects.
