If there were bushes to hide in then the view would not be unobstructed and I would stop.

I am talking about intersections on the fringes of Phoenix, 90 degrees, flat as a pancake and wide-open scrub desert.

So, if a cop was sitting in the parking lot at the corner at 2 am with no other traffic, you would stop?
