They look okay, but they only go up to 2E there. I’m a 4E.

And it’s funny. Whenever I go to buy a new pair, which is not very often, maybe once every four years, they always look at me like I’m nuts.

Me: “Give me whatever New Balance you have in stock that is the cheapest 10 1/2 4E”

Them, noticing that I’m not very tall nor very big: “Really? 4E? Really?”

They bust out the little foot measuring thing…

Them: “Damn, dude. Are you sure you’re not a duck?”

4E? That’s a lot of grapes.
