Think you’re jumping the gun on Monmouth. In mixed counties like that the largest, more urban (and thus more Democratic) precincts always deliver their vote counts last, which should make sense intuitively -> more ballots take longer to count. The early returns always favor the Republicans, and since Booker is still winning early by 7% I wouldn’t get too worked up.
I will be amazed if Monmouth breaks for Booker. I’m pretty sure the state overall will, but this is a county that went for Bush twice.
