Mr. President, will members of Congress and to a larger extent ALL government employees be enrolled in this plan or will the current TRICARE plan that covers federal workers be maintained?

Umm, let me be perfectly clear here, everyone can keep their same doctors and coverage they already have if they like it. Next question.
