As far as I can see, the officer might have been reffering to the vile sign in question. If you want to get mad at someone, get mad at the man who decided to make a sign comparing Obama to Hitler. The sign was both imflammatory and defamatory.

The video was cut off when the other guy was trying to explain the rules about signs like that on school property. The sign was probably made to get the response it got. I recall the Supreme Court just ruled against some students with a “pro pot” sign on or near school property.
