That’s what I read as well that same day as the potential sentence for the charges in the actual affidavit. We can repost the affidavit if folks don’t believe it. There’s a PDF link to it that I put up in that thread. It was also backed up later by the presser from the AG or whoever is prosecuting this.

I don’t doubt that he will get hit with something less than that, but that’s the potential.

The “with the intent to commit a felony” portion of the charge is what jacks up the possible sentence. I’ve read multiple places that I trust that the charge could carry a maximum 10 year sentence and/or fine.
