Personally not a big fan of tattoos (and to a lesser extent piercings) primarily because of the fact that they are, by design, permanent. I have a female friend who is going to have an interesting time about 20 years from now trying to explain the “Hello Kitty” tattoo she got when she was in college a few years ago, and don’t want to see myself in a similar situation.
