Of course, they seem to have gone with disqualifying black voters rather than appealing to them, but I’m always suspicious of quotes that end mid sentence with an ellipsis.

So I’m supposed to feel better that the GOP will stop trying to suppress the African-American vote if they would just vote Republican?
