The new lighting system is a sight to behold. Definitely a huge step up from the old one - and it uses a fraction of the power that the old one did - and allows for a whole lot more flexibility in light displays.

I think we’ll see more of those kinds of light displays on other buildings around the city. Dueling lights between the ESB and Chrysler building or 1WTC… would be pretty neat (and reminiscent of the light shows in Hong Kong and elsewhere).

Can they get the buildings inbetween involved and set up a borough-wide Pong game?
