And it’s looking more and more like the National Guards were deliberately told to stand down. And the Secretary of Defense, his Chief of Staff, and the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security were replaced in November with Trump toadies. This is probably what’s moving the needle on impeachment/removal.

Of course, Pence won’t do shit, even though his lord and master was trying to get him killed.

So has the gallows construction on the grounds been confrimed? I’ve seen close ups of some kind of platform that was built (people are scrawling graffiti on it), but I’ve yet to see a wide shot.

Also, I’m calling it now: you can add the Capitol police to that list. I’m becoming more convinced by the day that Trump made it known he wanted them to stand down when his pack of animals showed up at the Capitol.

I know the numbers were always against them, and I feel bad that they were put in that position. But for fuck’s sake; an angry mob ransacked THE GODDAMN CAPITOL BUILDING and basically only one guy, the one who killed the Air Force woman, discharged his weapon?

Just not understanding this, particularly after how they handled BLM this summer.
