You don’t think that it’s a violation of her privacy to tell the sister, not knowing if she knows already? That’s the part that has me hesitating there.

I don’t know…that’s a tough one. I’m sure her sister knows that she’s bipolar. Maybe the sister knows how to reach the therapist/psychiatrist. It’s not something you should handle alone.
