I’d vote for Condaleeza Rice in a heartbeat, but then, I also liked Henry Kissinger.

I can’t imagine how to reconcile those two ideas. I’m a Condi Rice fan, but I think there’s a for-real, no-shit, non-hyperbolic case to be made that Kissinger is a war criminal.
