My daughter called yesterday, everybody there is going crazy. This is the biggest snowfall in 100 years. There are no tow trucks or snow plows. The power was out for six hours (“but the fancy tourist hotel across the street was all lit up!”)

The kids wanted to play outside but they had no snow boots, so she tied plastic bags around their shoes.

Are all the Russian immigrants laughing behind their hands at this?
