Which is why our government was set up with religious values, however sereration of church and state seperates church from the state it doesn’t seperate “God”(by whichever name you refer to him/her) from the state. As a matter of fact the rights mentioned in the Declaration life liberty and pursuit of happiness are derived from the Creator.
