HEY!! Don’t blame an ACA website that went online in 2013. That was ALWAYS intended to go online in 2013. Maybe that’s part of the reason for 2014, but absolutely not for 2010.

You are right! My bad! My maxima bad! Maybe part of the reason for 2010 was that the 2009 stimulus package was too small. And too many Democrats did not run on the ACA; it should have been continually promoted instead of allowing its opponents to denigrate it; many of the key provisions didn’t take effect till 2014 and this delay gave the opposition more time to criticize the program.
