Congratulations on the weight loss. Are you cooking your own food? Getting away from microwave meals and restaurant food will make a huge difference.
I’m a horrible cook — roast chicken and grilled lamb chops are about my only “from scratch” recipes. But I’m eating smaller portions (Zabar’s takeout comes in a size they call ‘for two’ and I cut it into three), more fresh fruit and berries, and less chocolate.
