Nash was the subject of the movie, A Beautiful Mind, and won a Nobel Prize for his work in game theory.

He was known as the “phantom of Fine Hall,” because during his schizophrenic phases would leave cryptic math equations on the hallway chalkboards in the math building at Princeton. No one ever saw him doing it, so we called him a phantom.
