Holy smokes! I just tried singing along with the guitar solo on Smoke on the Water for the first time in years. When I still had a 25 year-old voicebox I could hit everything. I’m happy to report that at 52, I can manage everything but the climactic high notes towards the end. Not bad for an old duffer.

I just stick with “Nerk, Nerk, Nerrr! Nerk, Nerk Na-Nerr! Nerk, Nerk Nerk, Nerk-nerk!”
