Remember when you had to eat whatever your mom made for dinner? One day my mom brought home some sheep brains. Just looking at the package brought terror to my eyes. Sure enough. We had to eat it. Fortunately she never made it again.

With me, it was figured out ways to make it at least palatable. Like eating collard greens with a good helping of yellow mustard.
