I would have been two years ago, except for the portions that are designed to do nothing other than keep state employees employed. Eventually the money runs out and your’re right back worse than where you started. That part didn’t work the last time so it makes perfect sense for the government to go ahead and do it again.

On the whole though, I thought he gave an A- speech. I don’t agree with every proposal but he sounded great.
