Both Steve Jobs and Bill Gates have enough sense to avoid politics. Less pay, less control over the outcome of an idea, and even more idiots hassling you about how they think you should do your job? Pfft.

Besides, Gates is far more effective as a philanthropist. At least then he can get things done.
