So I have to say, poking through my e-mail accounts and cleaning things up for the first time in let’s-not-talk-about-how-long, wow, I get a lot of stupid marketing communications.

Also this is going to take a while.

We’ll not discuss my Gmail account, which since China blocked Google services, has accumulated all kinds of garbage because it’s not so convenient for me to maintain it now.

Yet my family continues to send messages to my Gmail addy. I see them maybe 2-3 days later, when I get around to firing up the VPN to log in to Gmail.
