CJ reform, support for immigrants, etc. and we can get potential swing voters by articulating on why Net Neutrality benefits them as consumers and or entrepreneurs.

Net neutrality would be a tough sell here (but we have few minority voters where I live aside from Native Americans who don’t seem to be interested at all in politics). No Net to speak of, so selling the idea of Net Neutrality doesn’t mean much.

In vast rural areas of the country, selling the idea of building out Internet access might be a goal … different areas of the nation need different things.

One useful platform for the Democrats might be flexibility depending on the particular area of the country.
