See my comment above. I’m not excusing his ACA vote, but can understand why he prefers to spend the money he has on presumably superior health care. In an ideal world, he’d be able to get that kind of care in the USA, as would any ordinary schmoe, that ain’t happening any time soon. In a way, it’s karma, because the GOP’s sabotage of the ACA means Paul probably had to look outside the USA to get the procedure he wants.
