Yes, and it would be a similar story if Ireland were to decide to reunite. In fact, it might be ideal for the EU, as it would create an EU-Scotland-Ireland trade channel, without the hassle of having to go through post-Brexit (whatever remains of) UK.

Also, even during the wait for Scotland to rejoin the EU, it can join EFTA/EEA and be part of the EU single market.
