they don’t care about gambling, they want to ban abortions. and by TX law, leaving the state to obtain one is illegal in itself and anyone who aids her in any way to leave the the state can be charged with aiding and abetting.

I know they don’t care about gambling, but it seems to me it is pretty much the same. Can you leave a state to do something that is illegal in your state but legal in another and does the state have the right to restrict your travel across state borders? IANAL but I suspect not.
