Oakland isn’t black. Yes, they have a large African American community, but OO is just as multi-cultural as OWS, ODC, or any of the other Os out there. You assumed based on a stereotype.

i live in oakland, in the hills, and in fact most of oakland consists of rather prosperous neighborhoods

i always tell people that i think misconceptions about oakland saved me about 50 - 100 grand on the price of my house
