You may be average among those who run 5Ks. Guarantee you are WAY above average among the rest of us who just go “yay!” as you run past our lazy asses.

I do 5K in a vineyard, the first half at a brisk pace uphill. I count that as the equivalent of jogging without the pounding on the joints. Then downhill at a brisk pace as well. Takes about an hour
