Not much. His personal approval numbers took a dive and never really recovered, but his job approval numbers remained fairly consistent throughout the impeachment process. He benefited strongly from having overseen an economic recovery, getting the actual credit for such unlike Trump whose numbers continue to drag the ocean floor because even on his best day he can barely crack 50% on polls asking if he deserves credit for the economy.
