Yeah right, we’ve got a national emergency on our hands that Lindsey and his fellow Republicans did nothing about for 2 years. In other words, there is no national emergency on the southern border. This should be a no brainer, and the courts should slap this down hard. But, any pretense of an independent Judicial Branch is being replaced by the Federalist Society.

The only “emergency” in the eyes of the GOP is Donny losing reelection. If fucking over the country for generations to come helps him win, then the GOP is prepared for the American people to make that sacrifice.
