My activity in the shop does, but it would be a stretch to call it “sales”. I just spent a half hour teaching a nice young woman all about tire sizes, knowing that I didn’t have what she needed. She was impressed that I had met the man whose name graces her bicycle (Angel Rodriguez).

you need a fan club…glossies, bumper stickers etc
