A reporter asks Palin how she would handle such attacks if she were in the White House:

Department of law? “Automatically” throw them out?

To be somewhat fair, AK does have a Department of Law — but no-one knows what the hell Palin was referring to when claiming the WH has one (the Office of Legal Counsel, maybe?) and in any case there is no body that could ‘automatically’ throw out charges against the POTUS in the way she suggests.
