Obama does a proposal. As I recall it’s 4 trillion deficit reduction package, includes spending cuts, raising taxes on the rich and entitlement reform. The GOP wants nothing to do with it.

I don’t think it was the WH that proposed it, they, he, just said they wouldn’t veto it.
