Same here. I’ve been hearing that one since I was a kid, and I’m in NJ. That woman’s “I didn’t know it was a slur” defense is horseshit. She knows what she said.

Particularly in light of her “Sorry you were offended, asshole” tweet.

Just as a data point, I am almost 30 and had never heard it and did not know it was a slur.

Her apology sucked.
