Wording for you fine folks…

We watch tv and often see people drinking alcohol; a shot of bourbon or scotch at the end of the day or a glass of wine when they cube hike or with a meal (at home), and I’m curious…

How often and under what circumstances do you drink?

I drink 2-3 times per week, almost more as an established ritual at this point than for any particular reason. When I do drink, I drink a fair amount, though not nearly as bad as I used to do, where I would literally drink until I couldn’t (i.e. blacked out). Most often, it’s a way to loosen up and forget about the troubles of this life for a short while.
