Carrots, broccolli, squash, a couple of other veggies in a cilantro seasoning of some sort
I had some nice beef tips in gravy and mashed taters from home, so on my way to work I stopped at Whole Foods to get a side veggie. They looked good in the display case so I got some along with a nice soup

Ahhh. Not a big fan of cilantro, but I love curry, and there’s a whole lot of that in there.
